Feel quite good about the coming year. Feel that good things is going to happen to the world, economically, ecologically, politically and socially. Don’t know why, just feel so.

Wish that my boyfriend would have a more relaxing and fruitful year ahead. Love him.

Wherever you are, be there. Its a one liner, but it is indeed a very good principal in life.

I am always at awe with the things my boyfriend can do. He seemed to be able to colour my world in his own way. Love him.

Bought a sprouted grain bread just now and i was trying to find its glycemic index. Was hoping to see that it has a low glycemic index, but then seemed unable to find it on the list.

Realised that i spend a lot of time reading about food and preparing food. It was a very happy thing to do, but its time consuming. At the rate deadline is approaching, i would need to cut down on my hobby soon.

A friend send some emails over and one of it shows many parasites on a lady’s body. Feel nausea and a bit like fainting. Got to practise replacement of thoughts now. Remember in my primary school, i fainted when my teacher shows us pictures of fractured limps. Many i feel the pain on myself. Too imaginative.

No mood to work but it’s quite a peak season for work now. If my boss know that it was not work that i am thinking now, i would probably get a fry.
